Maham Properties Ltd is a dynamic and growing property management company, overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Portfolio Management: Lead the management of varied properties to maximise operational efficiency and financial performance.

  • Maintenance & Facility Oversight: Develop maintenance strategies, coordinate repair operations, and manage service contracts to maintain high property standards.

  • Tenant Relations Management: Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, ensuring prompt issue resolution and tenant retention.

  • Financial Planning & Control: Prepare and manage budgets, oversee rent collection, control expenditures, and maintain financial documentation.

  • Lease Administration: Handle lease agreements, conduct negotiations, manage renewals, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

  • Strategic Property Management: Implement strategic initiatives to enhance asset value and support sustainable business growth.

  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks while enforcing health, safety, and legal compliance across the portfolio.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop the property management team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

  • Market Analysis & Valuation: Conduct market research, support rental pricing strategies, and evaluate investment opportunities.

  • Reporting & Analytical Insights: Prepare operational reports and present data-driven insights to senior management.

Language Requirements

  • Minimum: English language proficiency at B1 level (CEFR) is required.

  • Desirable: Knowledge of Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
